UGLY BOB
Ugly Bob is a character in the South Park series.
He is a Canadian and wears a paper bag over his head. Due to the low detail of the animation, it is impossible to discern features of Canadian characters (who are depicted with dark, solid eyes and flapping oval heads); why Bob is considered ugly is unknown (though it works well as a joke.) He is voiced by Matt Stone.
Celine Dion has slept with Ugly Bob without knowing how wretchedly ugly he really is, because he was wearing his paper bag at the time.
