TEOCHIU

Teochiu or Teochew can refer to:

• Teochiu (people), a sub-group of the greater ethnic Han Chinese people.
• Chaozhou (潮州), a prefecture-level city in northeastern Guangdong Province, China.
• Teochew (dialect), the dialect spoken in the Chaozhou (Teochew) and the Chaoshan region by the Teochiu people.
• Chiuchow cuisine, the cuisine of the Teochiu people.
