Stroma can refer to:

• The connective supportive framework of a biological cell, tissue, or organ.
• The fluid filled area of a chloroplast outside of the thylakoid membranes. The light-independent reactions (Calvin Cycle and Carbon fixation) of photosynthesis take place here.
• Non-tumor cells (stromal cells) in tumors.
